Crafternoon Terms & Conditions
“Crafternoon” shall refer to the company “Crafternoon LTD” 12415021, head office 103D Norwood Road, London, SE24 9AE. “Client” shall refer to the persons making the booking for themselves, or on behalf of the person taking part in the class.
Booking Conditions
The prices shown on www.crafternoon.co.uk are firm and non-negotiable.
All bookings must be paid for in full, in advance of the class.
Bookings are made via the website www.crafternoon.co.uk with payment made in £pounds sterling.
Bookings made via this website must be paid for using credit/debit card.
Crafternoon will provide a downloadable voucher after payment has been made.
Modifying and cancelling a booking
Any changes to a booking must be made no later than 15 days prior to the class you have booked.
Any cancellations must be received in writing, sent by email to info@crafternoon.co.uk
Cancellations must be made at least 15 days before the class, in order to receive a full refund.
If cancellation is received between 8 days and 14 days before the scheduled class, Crafternoon will attempt to re-sell the tickets. If a replacement client can be found, then Crafternoon will issue a full refund. If no replacement client(s) can be found, then the client(s) will receive a 50% refund.
No refund will be given if cancellation is received less than 8 days before the scheduled class.
For group bookings of 5 or more, no refund will be given, unless replacement clients can be found.
Any refunds will be paid within 2 weeks of cancellation. It is the client’s responsibility to provide bank details for any refunds.
Responsibilities
It is the client’s responsibility to provide accurate information including an email and mobile telephone number. Any failure from Crafternoon to provide the agreed service due to incorrect information given by the client will be considered as the fault of the client and therefore no compensation will be given.
Please make sure that you print a copy of your voucher, or carry a virtual copy on your mobile device. This may be required as proof of purchase upon arrival to the class.
Crafternoon reserves the right (and delegates the right to its hosts), to refuse entry to any client who is thought to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs and/or whose behaviour is considered to pose a threat to the host and/or other clients.
Any client using threatening or abusive behaviour towards the host or any other clients will be asked to leave the class immediately. Smoking is forbidden inside the classes.
Crafternoon is not liable for the health or safety of the client(s), before, during or after an event.
Crafternoon will always aim to carry out the classes in the best conditions possible, as planned. However, there may be conditions beyond Crafternoon’s control that force cancellation, these may include:
In the event of any of the above situations or other event, Crafternoon will make every effort to deliver the class as promised. If this is not possible then Crafternoon cannot be held responsible for any losses or costs incurred.
Crafternoon does not take responsibility for any costs incurred if the event is cancelled for any reason whilst the client is en route to the class.
If a class is forced to be cancelled in the event of any of the above reasons, Crafternoon will attempt to re-schedule the class, or offer you a place on a future class, however no refund will be offered. Positions in future classes is subject to availability, please email info@crafternoon.co.uk to arrange this.
Cancellation by Crafternoon
If, for whatever reason, Crafternoon has to cancel the class, then Crafternoon will attempt to re-schedule the class for a later date, or offer the client a position in an already schedule, future class. Refunds will not be offered.
Privacy
Any information supplied by the client is subject to UK Data protection and Privacy laws.
Crafternoon will not communicate any client information to a third party without prior authorisation from that person. All personal information is treated confidentially. Each client has the right to access, modify and remove any details held about them and they have the right to request that all messaging be stopped.
Applicable law
As a UK company, any dispute between Crafternoon and a third party comes under British jurisdiction and will be governed by British law. If the issue cannot be solved amicably, then the matter will be transferred to a British court.
